Senior HR Officer, 6 month FTC - Charity - South London - £39,700 - Hybrid Working This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an amazing charity providing essential services across London. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service. Your key accountabilities will include:- ~ Supporting managers with employee relations issues including Short/Long-term sickness and performance issues ~ Overseeing end to end recruitment processes for all levels of positions ~ Assisting the Head of HR with organisational change including redundancies, re-deployments, and TUPE transfers ~ Promoting and implementing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies You should be a Senior HR Officer or an HR Advisor with a broad HR generalist skill set including a good knowledge of employment, experience of managing recruitment campaigns and experience of working with HR systems (ideally Cascade). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
