Your Role During your first year, you will: Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. Create professional CV profiles for marketing to clients. Work closely with our sales team to drive candidate placements. Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager. Earn commission for your contributions at every stage. Support and Mentorship From day one, you'll have the support of your team manager, expert trainers, and a personal mentor.
