Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Birmingham City Centre, Search Recruitment Group

£30k to £38k / £38k to £50k + Car Allowance

Up to 40% commission, uncapped

  • You’ll be a figure that the team looks up to, leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to new levels
  • Helping high-calibre candidates secure career-changing opportunities with the most sought-after names in the legal sector
  • Developing true rapport with clients by networking and attending events
  • Creatively applying your knowledge to solve specific recruitment challenges for both your clients and candidate
  • Take responsibility for key client relationships and exceed all expectations

  • 1st stage is an initial telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team lasting approximately 15-20mins;

  • 3rd stage is a face-to-face interview with the CEO lasting c.40mins
  • We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days
