Are you a Supplier Development Manager with a passion for high-tech environments? We're looking for a Supplier Development Manager to join a leading missile and defence company in Bolton or Stevenage (hybrid working possible!).

• Manage supplier performance (delivery & quality) for critical defence programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and streamline supply chains.
• Implement lean methodologies and cutting-edge analysis to continuously improve.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in international supply chain management within Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing.
• A proven track record of improving supplier performance using tools like DMAIC.
• Demonstrated ability to improve Supplier Performance (Delivery and Quality)using appropriate tools and lean methodologies
• The ability to manage a portfolio of suppliers, analyze lead times, and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
• A knack for identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with SC21 Practitioner principles (a plus!).
• British Citizenship (sole or dual) is required to get SC clearance
