Legal Secretary

Job DescriptionAre you a knowledgeable and skilled Legal PA who has excellent document skills? If so, then we want to hear from you!We are recruiting for a Legal PA to join one of our global specialist law firm clients on a permanent basis! Their offices are based in Liverpool Street so right in the heart of the City. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, paying a competitive salary. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days in the office. You will be supporting partners and associates in the Corporate/Finance departments. This role will require someone who can multi-task, be a self-starter and take ownership of their work. Excellent technical and document skills are a must. Duties include (but not limited to):Creating and amending documents on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and AdobeProofreading documents and edit for grammar etc.Onboarding new clientsDiary management across multiple time zonesProcessing expenses using Chrome RiverBilling and invoicing using 3ECandidates must have at least 5 years of legal industry experience, be a pro in document production, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.You need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be someone able to build great relationships, both internally and externally.If this sounds like you please apply now with your CV and we'll be in touch!
