Area Service Manager - CCTV and Access Control - Romford and East London Peopleforce Recruitment are hiring for an Area Servcie Manager in Essex / Romford for one of our security solutions partners who have a fantastic reputation in CCTV and Access Control systems. The Role: You will be working in a senior technical role with a focus on electronic security systems, particularly in commercial and technical lifecycle management. This role offers you autonomy over planning and managing client accounts within a designated area. You’ll have the chance to showcase your expertise at high-profile sites, supported by a dedicated operations team and access to ongoing training. Key Responsibilities: * Manage engineering and lifecycle maintenance for client accounts within your region. * Oversee day-to-day technical and operational tasks with full responsibility for outcomes. * Build strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and customer care. * Engage in regular reviews with senior management to discuss performance and development. Qualifications & Skills: * Strong track record in electronic security systems and network management. * Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate and solve problems effectively. * Well-organized, with a knack for managing your own time and commitments. * Up-to-date knowledge of PC/IP and digital technology, with a focus on fault-finding and troubleshooting. * Commitment to health and safety compliance. * Eagerness to learn and excel in your role.
