Duties:
- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and staff to the office.
- Manage the reception desk by answering telephone calls & keeping the office space tidy.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as delegated accordingly.
- Ordering lunches for staff and ensuring the tea and coffee station is fully stocked.
- Manage the meeting room booking system.
Is this you? (requirements)
- MUST have a valid DBS
- Excellent organisation skills are essential
- Warm and friendly personality
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Systems proficiently
