Paralegal - Family

We're working alongside a highly respected law firm, recruiting for a Paralegal to join their specialist Family Law team. A hybrid role, with the office based in St Albans, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled team and will be working closely with Solicitors. This role is perfect for a dedicated Paralegal, who currently manages their own caseload thats looking for the next step in their career!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload from inception to conclusion.
• Liaising with clients and taking part in client meetings.
• Liaising with counsel, the court and third parties on a regular basis.
• Assisting with casework and case file management.
• Drafting legal documents (with supervision).
• Preparing bundles for trial.
• Assisting with the billing process and client onboarding.
• Conducting legal research on occasion as requested.

What we need from you:

• High personal standards of work.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Minimum of 12 months experience working within Family Law.
