Occupational Therapist

Our client are looking for 2 Occupational Therapist’s to work in South Yorkshire.

• 1 post is for positive steps unit - transferred from Hospital but not ready to go home - 34 bed rehab facility - working 5 mornings there and then the afternoon would be follow up in the community and maybe supporting first contact or supporting on cases in the afternoon or working from home on cases depending on the capacity could be supporting on duty or out on visits would depend on the work - the case load would depend on capacity
• 1 post - other locum post is to do community case work - would be expected to between 20-25 cases depending on capacity and complexity - looking for a full time post but would depend on what the working hours are, they would need adaptations, equipment and moving and handling experience - the intervention would the follow up - ideally no less than 3 days and hybrid would be fine - initially in the office 3 days a week for the induction and training but can be negotiated- no duty work required, when trained can be once a week in the office but again can be negotiated

• Both post Monday - Friday - core working pattern 8-4pm or 0830- 430pm, need to be a care user, preference to have had mosaic experience before
• Both post to interview either teams or face -face
• Both posts to start asap
