The Client My client is a leading multi-faceted supplier to the estate agency sector, and they’re looking for a Property Assistant / Customer Advisor for their Auctions team. This role is office-based in Southeast Oxfordshire. Responsibilities Assisting the Auctions team with the handling of their properties Listing properties on Rightmove Filling out sale/reservation fee forms Servicing and updating customers on any of their enquiries Once a sale is agreed, you’d hand the case file over to the Sales Progressors You may need to assist the Sales Progressors every now and then Handling any incoming calls when the team is busy Package £25,000 to £28,000 Mon – Fri 20 days + bank holidays Free parking Annual Ascot trip Friday drinks in the office Please Note: Mavrec Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
