Human Resources Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a full time HR Advisor for their site in Bradford. This is a standalone HR Advisor role supporting a growing SME. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for:Develop the on-boarding and off-boarding processManage the employee benefits scheme including research and appraise any potential enhancements to the company benefits packageManage employee relations and provide support to management regarding absence, disciplinary/grievances and performance managementCo-ordinate training and developmentManage the recruitment process, supporting with advertising, interviewing and selectionAdminister documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions and other communicationsReview & maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation whilst remaining consistent with the employee handbookProduce monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successesMaintaining employee records and holidaysConducting weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets and payslips are correctBenefits include:25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidaysCareer OpportunitiesBonus SchemeHybrid Working (WFH 1 Day PW) following probation The ideal HR Advisor will be a confident and experienced HR professional who is comfortable working within a standalone role and keen to drive the company’s mission and values.
