Quantity Surveyor

Activus Recruitment are assisting our client, an established house building company, seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire.

• Salary negotiable
• Degree qualified preferrable
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Previous experience in housebuilding desirable
• Competent is using excel and cost reporting software
• Have sound construction knowledge and an analytical mind
• Preparation of subcontracts, valuations, targets, cost reports and reconciliation of valuations.
