Senior Business Analyst | Social Housing | London (hybrid) | Systems Improvement
Senior Business Analyst required on a 12-month maternity cover FTC for a large housing association operating across the South East. The successful candidate would be a motivated self-starter with an aptitude for leading and delivering complex projects. Previous experience in the housing sector is essential for this role.
This is a new opportunity to join a large housing association, that is making significant improvements to their core housing management system.
Role: Senior Business Analyst
Contract type: 12 Month FTC (maternity cover)
Location: London head office - once a week
Salary: Up to £61,000 + benefits package

The essentials skills for this role are:
- Substantial experience as a Business Analyst within the housing sector
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Previous experience working in a project team alongside a PM
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and foster relationships, leading and coaching a team of direct reports
- Experience working on systems improvement projects
This is an opportunity to a pivotal role within project teams, act as a key influencer on senior stakeholders to produce well-presented analytical insight to support appropriate and sometimes challenging decision making.
The ideal candidate will have excellent core business process experience with project delivery in the housing sector, whilst being self-sufficient and able to plan complex work delivery within a broader project delivery timeframe.
