They enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.They have extensive experience in both offshore and onshore facilities, in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, to decommissioning.Role Overview:I'm seeking a dedicated Site Quantity Surveyor to provide Estimating and Subcontract control support to projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial and contractual success of projects.Main Responsibilities:Clear backlog of Measures (convert to invoice)Gather documents from internal stakeholders (missing items)Compile final measure package and submit to CustomerRespond to and resolve queries received from CustomerConvert final valuation to invoiceSubcontract Management (e.g., PWHT)Prepare document packages and issue to Subcontractor for pricingPrepare budget, issue to Customer and obtain approvalIssue instructions to SubcontractorsEnsure robust Change management throughout execution phase, raise TQ’s as necessaryExpedite receipt of final measures and QA documentsCompile final measure package and submit to CustomerRespond to and resolve queries received from CustomerConvert final valuation to invoiceExperience & Qualifications:Essential:Either engineering or commercial qualificationDesirable:Degree (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT, or equivalent)If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills we are looking for, I would love to hear from you!
