Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey. This is an exciting, permanent and full time term time opportunity reporting into our Site Lead and will be based on site, TW16 7LN.Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education. Ensure Opx and waste management processes are in place and weekly reviews are completed for production.Champions excellent guest experiences and effectively implement all guest communication tools provided by Marketing in order to enhance the guest experience across all areas.Ensure RRP is maintained as per company policy and that the tariff in all areas meets client / company requirements.Implementation of schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they adhere to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.Work and develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return.Coordinates others to ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right time.You'll be all set up for success if you have:Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environmentThe ability to lead and manage a teamMan management of teams of staffProven track record in high volume commercial operation & delivering budgeted profit levelsStrong organisational and time management skillsFlexibility and ability to work on own initiativeAll applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
