Our client's services include Commercial Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Family, Immigration, Private Client and Residential Property. Particularly, our client has expertise in running Family Offices, handling Arts & Luxury assets (i.e yachts, art, air crafts and classic cars), and traditional landed estates. Vacancy The firm boast a leading, Legal 500 recognised Real Estate Finance team in London. The team advise the firm's impressive property, corporate and private wealth clients on their complex financing requirements. They act for lenders, financial institutions, sponsor servicers and corporate borrowers on all forms of real estate debt finance including senior and mezzanine loan origination, loan restructuring and loan workout. The department also focus on real estate development finance and act for property developers and funders on a variety of real estate development projects, joint ventures and acquisition finance. Due to growth, this highly successful team are now looking to make an experienced and pivotal team hire.
