Description Providing high-level administrative support Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events. Maintaining the department's file system and database. Preparing reports and presentations. Managing correspondence including emails and letters. Handling confidential information with discretion. Assisting in the preparation of department budget. Performing other related duties as assigned.Profile Excellent organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
