Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor Warrington Are you passionate about supporting the next generation's education? Or are you thinking about a career in teaching and would like to gain some hands on experience? Academics are currently recruiting a dedicated cover supervisor to work on a daily supply basis in secondary schools across Warrington. As a cover supervisor you will be a crucial part of maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Main Cover Supervisor responsibilities: Supervise the classroom in the absence of the usual class teacher Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students engage in meaningful activities Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe learning environment Manage the class behaviour following the schools policies and procedures What you will need to work as a Cover Supervisor with Academics: Previous experience supporting children and/or young adults is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage the classroom effectively and adapt to different school environments Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude towards education Enhanced DBS certificate registered to the update service, or be willing to get one (Cost applied)The benefits of working with Academics Excellent daily pay rates and weekly pay!
