Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Bias)

Role: Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased) Location: Flintshire Type: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday (Days) Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, is looking to appoint an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team in Flintshire. Responsibilities: Increase the dependability of the machinery and equipment on site, carry out a variety of planned maintenance and repair tasks related to electrical and mechanical systems Monitor operation of the equipment and collaborate with the larger plant engineering team to identify any reoccurring issues Work with Plant Engineer to develop maintenance schedules, critical spares, OEM, SLA's, and service visits Work with Plant Engineer to ensure legal compliance Carry out installation work to include modifying existing equipment and installation of new equipment Ensure that health & safety, quality and environmental policies are followed at all times Communicate within the Engineering team to ensure a comprehensive shift handover Assist team with implementation of new machinery or upgrades of existing machinery. The person: HNC engineering or equivalent Previous experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automated systems Interpret engineering drawings 3 years' experience within an engineering role Strong communication skills Ability to work alone or part of a team Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
