ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES This fantastic opportunity as a French speaking Director will give you the opportunity to lead accounting and auditing services for both English and French speaking clients. Your main responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and approving accounts and audit reports * Providing technical advice to clients and staff on accounting and auditing matters and keeping abreast of the latest developments and changes * Managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that they are satisfied with the services, and identifying and responding to feedback and concerns * Developing and maintaining a network of contacts and referrals in the French speaking market and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities * Leading, coaching and mentoring staff and providing them with feedback and support for their professional development and career progression * Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting and auditing policies, procedures and standards, and ensure that they are adhered CANDIDATE PROFILE * Fluency in French is essential * Extensive experience in accounting and auditing in a senior or managerial role with exposure to the French speaking market * ACCA, ACA, CPA qualified or equivalent. * Familiarity with the French accounting and auditing standards and regulations * Excellent leadership and management skills and ability to motivate and inspire staff and clients * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders * Highly professional and ethical, and committed to delivering quality and excellence * Flexible and adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
