Our client is looking for a Pad Print Operative to join their friendly team in Biggleswade. In this position you will take a hands-on role, working directly with pad and screen print technologies in a fast-paced environment. A passion for quality and drive for excellence is essential for this role. This position is temporary with a minimum term of 3 months however, for the right person, there is the potential to become permanent.   As a Print Operative you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to grow and develop skills within the Printing industry.   The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30.  (30-minute break)   The pay rate for this role is £11.44 - £15.00 per hour (Depending on experience).   Main duties as a Pad Print Operative: Setup and print customer orders using pad and screen print technologies Complete and update Technical Records when producing orders Protect profit margins by keeping production fallout and wastage to an absolute minimum   What’s needed as a Pad Print Operative: Good communication skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Passion for quality and excellence Direct experience with pad-printing and screen-printing technologies Adaptable, with the ability to setup a unique range of jobs and problem solve while maintaining high quality standards   Temporary worker perks: 24/7 support Weekly pay Rewards and discounts Travel tax relief   Please apply within
