Fashion E-commerce Manager - Cheltenham - Up to £40k


Location: Cheltenham & Hybrid Remote 3 days on site 2 days remote.

They are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager who shares their passion for growth and innovation.


Role Overview


As the E-commerce Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the brand’s online sales and enhancing its digital presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, managing website and app performance, optimizing the user experience, analysing key performance metrics, and leading a talented team. You will bring your expertise in ecommerce management and digital marketing to propel the brand’s online growth.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute ecommerce strategies to boost online sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the daily management of ecommerce websites and apps, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
  • SEO & PPC Management: Optimize the ecommerce platform for search engines and manage pay-per-click campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Website Management: Manage all on-site elements, including search management, meta fields, tags, descriptions, and collection builds.
  • System Implementation: Establish systems and processes aligned with business and operational changes.
  • Trend Identification: Research new market trends and technologies to enhance website performance.
  • Content Management: Develop content and marketing calendars, overseeing website uploads and landing page development.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

  • Ideal Candidate Profile:


    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce management with a strong track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
    • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Marketing Expertise: Skilled in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
    • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.



    Preferred Qualifications :


    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience with international e-commerce and cross-border sales.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
