7.5 Tonne Driver

In partnership with one of the largest homeware retailers, Zoom are currently recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Home Delivery Drivers to work in Dartford. As a 7.5t Driver you will be responsible of the delivery process of white goods and furniture. The role is customer facing and the client is well known with an excellent reputation requiring high professional standards from their staff. It is also a physical job and manual lifting is a daily part of the role so applicants must be physically fit. Working on a Split Shif t Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday Alternative, so every other week you will have a long weekend. As our 7.5T Home Delivery Driver you will be required to the following: 6am start - 4-5pm finish ( it could be earlier or later depending on deliveries) Able to lift and handle heavy items 30 Drops Average Daily Working along a Drivers Mate Covering all home counties + London 30min Induction the day before your start date to familiarize with the warehouse and the vehicle Able to work well as part of a delivery team Clean driving licence preferred CAT B up to 7.5T (max 6pts) Available to work Saturdays is essential This is a temp to perm driving contract for any applicant who completes a successful probationary period.
