Sales consultant

Position: Sales Consultant Location: Eastbourne Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday - 08:30 - 16:30 Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Scheme HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing printing company who has a strong presence in the UK market for specialising in printing self-adhesive labels and packaging. Job Description As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for New Business Development and Account Management. Managing existing accounts for long-term success while also seeking out new business opportunities. Represent the company at various industry events and meetings Develop relationships with new and existing clients, on-boarding new clients, and driving growth within the account base Have an interest in the industry requirements and be keen to improve product knowledge on an ongoing basis Deal with day-to-day queries Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Conduct sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention Follow a structured sales process to achieve targets Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to clients Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and expansion Skills and Qualifications Previous sales or account management experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage own time and diary effectively Resilient with problem-solving abilities Eagerness to develop IT skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone Commitment to providing exceptional customer service If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and account management, we would love to hear from you.
