What We re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service-related role.
Proven ability to meet targets, ideally set by a current or previous manager/director.
Experience in managing people is a plus.
A genuine passion for working with people

The Package:
Competitive base salary: £20,000 £25,000 (dependent on experience).
Earn between £35,000 - £45,000 in your first year
Lucrative commission structure up to 30% based on billings
25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
