An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Consultant to support an ambitious transformation initiative within a dynamic organisation. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing plans for large-scale change, fostering stakeholder engagement at all levels, and driving collaborative efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised expertise and guidance to leadership teams, ensuring alignment between change initiatives and overall program objectives.
- Navigate complex conversations, effectively presenting, motivating, and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
- Develop and implement impactful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, change impact assessments, and transition to business-as-usual practices.
- Collaborate closely with organisational leaders to analyse and manage the change landscape, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
- Assess the impact of change initiatives, measuring performance indicators and recommending improvements to enhance organisational processes.
- Coach and mentor leaders to build change capability within the organisation, modelling continuous learning and leadership behaviours.
- Stay updated on industry standards and integrate best practices into change management processes.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience; qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are desirable.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change, with a strong understanding of project and program management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies, such as Prosci and ADKAR.
- Familiarity with organisational development theories and their application in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and training sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change programs effectively, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Capable of managing diverse workloads and maintaining composure under pressure.
