Sales Support Specialist Billesdon, LE7 Hours - Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Salary - £25-30k DOE Our client based near Market Harborough is recruiting a Sales Support Specialist on a permanent basis to will ensure the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles. You will manage the process from order placement to vehicle delivery and post-delivery paperwork, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Order and Delivery Management: Review and verify sales orders before placing orders with suppliers. Maintain regular communication with customers, guiding them through finance documentation. Co-ordinate the delivery of vehicles once finance documents are completed and the vehicle is in stock. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted post-delivery for timely paymentsAdministrative Tasks: Handle PCN notices and ensure relevant charges and admin fees are communicated to and paid by customers. Manage end-of-contract collections, part exchanges, and ensure correct stocking platform placement. Facilitate off-hire processes where customers wish to buy the vehicle post-lease. Manage chassis profit invoicing, ensuring all invoices are raised promptly. Input additional profits for some vehicles into Phoenix and invoice them upon delivery.Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.About you ... Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in all Microsoft Packages and knowledge of using a CRM type system. Good Customer Service skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. An ability to work independently and as a team.
