Account Director - NHS

Account Director - NHS - Salary £85k - £90k plus bonus, car/allowance, pension, healthcare. Working for a well respected FM business delivering Hard FM across 3 complex sites, including a state of the art hospital, you will take control of a workforce of over 100 staff and a P&L of c£15m plus significant additional project works (c£10m) on top of that. You will be a senior Leader with experience in multiple sectors, such as Education, Healthcare and Central Government with experience within a complex technical environment and have significant P&L ownership for a portfolio of contracts delivering FM services. This is not a PFI but has similarities, payment mechanism is still there but no SPV, the relationship is with the trust directly.
