Key Responsibilities of an Quality Assurance Manager: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring all products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Develop and implement quality control systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including BRC and retailer requirements. Monitor and review quality performance, driving continuous improvements across the business. Manage the investigation and resolution of quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Ensure audit readiness and lead customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong quality culture throughout the business. Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Key Requirements of an Quality Assurance Manager: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and industry regulations (BRC, HACCP, etc.). Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and developing teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
