Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Role Responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers Providing consistently high levels of service and communication Overseeing sales progression Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service Arranging and accompanying viewings Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales Assisting and mentoring team members Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Role Requirements: Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service Proactive and a positive can-do attitude Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload Good IT skills Smart and presentable Full UK driving license Have the right to work in the UK Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Remuneration: £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience Share of Office Commission Profit Share £27,000+ On Target Earnings, rising as the office performance improves 20 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals hits 17 years of successful trading.
