We are lookingfor candidates, who want to get involved, have their ideas heard, aren’tafraid of getting dirty on the farm or in workshops and who are resilient,active and caring.Requirements * Hands on and experience with materials and tools. * Previous experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) isn’t essential but it is preferred. * To be able to teach engaging History lessons using you own initiative whilst having an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum. * Maintain effective behaviour management.?Educated to Post Graduate Cert EdQTS level, you will be calm, engaging,resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helpingevery pupil to reach their potential.**About us**Dibden Park School is a brand-new school based in Southampton**.** Dibden ParkSchool will place 60 students and will cater to students with social andemotional mental health and other complex needs.
