Restaurant Manager

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours/week, 5 days over 7 Start Date: Training abroad (dates TBC), London grand opening in December About the Role: My client is launching a vibrant new smashed burger concept in London and is searching for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the charge. Youll be at the heart of the operations, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. This is a hands-on role where youll work side-by-side with your team, managing daily operations, ensuring high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You'll also be responsible for meeting budgets and sales targets, overseeing both front and back of house operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. A bout You: Youre a passionate and talented manager with experience in a QSR environment, particularly with burgers. You have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. Youre a hands-on leader, ready to support and manage your team by example. You have strong knowledge of QSR cooking equipment and operations. Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you can maintain high standards even during busy periods. Youre reliable, punctual, and flexible, with the ability to work various shifts.
