IT Support Engineer - Newcastle - £35,000 +
We are working closely with a tech for good in the North East of England that is on the look out for a experienced IT Support engineer.
You will need experience in understanding networking, ranging from standard router and switch management through to VLAN and Subnet configurations as you will own and manage our internal networking infrastructure.
Necessary skills:
? At least 3 years experience in an IT support role or similar position ? Solid understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS
? Strong understanding of office networking
? Strong problem solving skills
? Good appreciation for system and network security
? Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
? Able to effectively communicate to staff with different levels of technical ability
