We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Paid Social Manager with a proven track record in managing large budget paid social accounts, specifically on Meta and TikTok. This exciting new in-house role requires someone ideally with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance through data-driven decisions and creative solutions. If you're adept at handling multi-channel campaigns, optimising customer journeys, analysing performance and demonstrating the ROI of social media efforts, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Social Campaign Management - Manage large budget paid social media accounts across Meta and TikTok, driving engagement to grow leads in line with company targets.
- AI-Driven Creative Development - Harness AI tools to generate creatives at scale that effectively engage target audiences while keeping costs efficient.
- Content Planning and Strategy - Develop and execute a compelling content plan that aligns with overall business goals and enhances the customer journey.
- Collaborate with CRO Team - Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team to suggest on-site A/B tests and optimisations to improve customer experiences and drive higher conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Reporting - Regularly report on performance to senior stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and providing insights on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for growth.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking - Excel in tracking and analysing performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns to grow Social as a channel.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Work alongside the wider marketing team to generate high-quality leads and ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing objectives and company goals.
About You
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years managing paid social media accounts with large budgets, primarily on Meta and TikTok.
- Agency Background: Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in paid social platforms, analytics tools, and AI-driven creative tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyse data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to grow and improve channels.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to clearly communicate insights and performance metrics to senior stakeholders, showcasing the impact of paid social efforts.
- Content Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly CRO and marketing teams.
