Site Manager - Permanent - Main Contractor - Telford - Water Schemes - Civil Engineering Overseeing day-to-day site operations Ensuring adherence with health, safety and environmental policies Reporting progress to key project stakeholders Managing construction activities Coordinating and supervising subcontractors Maintaining budgets and schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will:Have previous experience in heavy civils, ideally in the water sector, in a site management or supervising capacity Hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification Understand health, safety and environmental policies Be able to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
