We are looking for a Senior Associate/Team Leader to head-up the Corporate Commercial team in Essex, advising on high-value, strategically important nationwide and international projects within a supportive working environment.
You can expect a varied caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, disposals, joint ventures, incentives and liabilities, shareholder agreements and general commercial contracts.

Requirements:
- You should be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 6+ years of PQE
- You should be confident and capable of managing your own busy caseload of matters
