Job Position: Music & Drama Teacher Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £185 - £265 per day Start Date: January 2025 Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Are you a passionate Music & Drama Teacher eager to inspire young minds and bring creativity into the classroom? We are looking for a talented Music/Drama Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who is excited about sharing their love for music and drama with students. Music & Drama Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Music and Drama lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and create dynamic lessons that inspire creativity and a love for the performing arts. Support students in developing their skills in both music and drama. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them grow. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to school events, performances, and extracurricular activities. Maintain a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation. Music & Drama Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Music and/or Drama. Experience teaching Music and Drama to secondary school students. Strong communication and organisational skills. Passionate about the performing arts and inspiring students. Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to school life. Committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
