The Role - Team Teach Teaching Assistant This Team Teach Teaching Assistant role requires proactivity, empathy and resilience. You will be responsible for supporting young people who have social and emotional mental health across Secondary year groups The successful Team Teach Teaching Assistant will support on a 1:1 or group basis across core subjects, vocational lessons as well as managing challenging behaviour. As a Team Teach Teaching Assistant you will need to have patience, be proactive and create safe learning environments for students with EHCPs. This Team Teach Teaching Assistant role is classroom based, supporting the class teacher and other support staff, setting up and supporting with lessons and activities, supervision and adapting lessons to cater to a variety of abilities.
