We are looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Ceramics and Sculpture Technician to provide cover for us in the 3D studies programme area within the School of Visuals Arts. You'll be a key contributor to our thriving School of Visual Arts, where you will provide technical support to students and tutors in the ceramics programme area, taking responsibility for stocks, room upkeep and equipment maintenance.

- Experience of working as a technician in a busy studio environment, including preparation of materials.
- Experience packing and unpacking kilns.
- Experience with clay reclaim.
- Knowledge and understanding of H&S in materials and processes in ceramics and sculpture.
- Working knowledge of mixing glazes.
- Experience placing and checking orders and keeping on top of stock levels.
