Security Engineering Supervisor
Are you a seasoned Security Engineering professional with a passion for leading and mentoring teams? Do you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Security Engineering Supervisor to join my client’s team based in St. Albans.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong technical background in the security industry.
You will be a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills to allow you to build relationships with both internal and external team members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of engineers
* Monitor performance using KPIs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
* Develop and implement training plans to enhance technical and personal skills
* Provide technical support to the engineering team and wider business
* Provide onsite support for service-related issues
* Resolve complex technical issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Proactively address customer disputes, communicate effectively, and ensure resolution
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
* Implement corrective actions for non-conformities
* Provide regular performance reports to the management team
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 2 Years’ experience within a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing diverse engineering teams.
* Strong technical knowledge in the security industry.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
