Your Role: As a Sales Office Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our client's growth strategy. You'll handle both existing accounts and prospect new clients, building strong relationships with customers over the phone and through occasional face-to-face meetings. Core Responsibilities Include: Promoting and securing orders from new and existing clients. Introducing new product lines to customers. Providing exceptional customer service. Managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication. Attending trade shows and client visits when needed (with accommodation provided if necessary). What We're Looking For: Sales Experience: 12+ months in an office-based sales role. Communication: Outstanding telephone manner and interpersonal skills. Proactive & Self-Motivated: You’ll need to be independent and organised. Team Player: Comfortable working independently or as part of a dynamic team. Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for client visits and exhibitions. Bonus: Roofing or building product knowledge is a plus, but not essential—full training provided!
