Customer Service Support

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join a friendly team in Truro! This is a temporary position and the candidate will be needed for about 6 weeks. If you thrive in a problem solving role, this is perfect for you! Your Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries Track and update parcels Resolve delivery issues Handle complaints Liaise with drivers Log and track issues General admin duties Answering the phones Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 7AM - 12PM Please note we are looking someone to start this position ASAP.
