About the role As an Endpoint Security Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver expert-level endpoint security solutions and services to clients. This involves assessing client needs, designing tailored security strategies, and providing implementation and ongoing support to ensure comprehensive endpoint protection. Your responsibilities will cover several critical areas, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include: Client Assessment : Conduct in-depth assessments of client environments to identify security needs and endpoint vulnerabilities. Solution Design : Create customized endpoint security solutions based on client requirements, utilizing industry best practices and leading technologies. Implementation : Lead the deployment and configuration of endpoint security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Training and Support : Train client IT teams on endpoint security tools and best practices, while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Incident Response : Assist clients with responding to security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation. Policy Development : Help clients create and implement endpoint security policies to meet regulatory and industry standards. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of client engagements, including assessments, solution designs, and implementation processes. Continuous Improvement : Stay informed on the latest endpoint security trends and recommend enhancements to client security measures. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. You should hold relevant certifications and have a proven track record in designing and deploying endpoint solutions, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. This role will suit someone who enjoys staying current with technological advancements through hands-on solution delivery while continuing to develop their career in digital transformation.
