About the Role:
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented SAP Administrator / Site Coordinator to support our operations and ensure efficient workflow within our organisation. This role involves managing SAP-related tasks, coordinating site activities, and overseeing resource allocation to maintain optimal productivity. Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Administration:

    • Manage day-to-day SAP activities, including data entry, report generation, and system troubleshooting.
    • Oversee SAP user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Coordinate with IT to manage updates, patches, and any issues with the SAP system.
    • Support data quality checks, ensuring data integrity within SAP.
  • Site Coordination:

    • Act as the main point of contact for site-specific queries and support requests.
    • Plan and schedule resources, ensuring efficient allocation for ongoing projects.
    • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track shipments to support site operations.
    • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and site personnel to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Generate regular reports on SAP usage, site activities, and performance metrics.
    • Keep accurate records of site operations, inventory levels, and resource allocations.
    • Update documentation and standard operating procedures for site processes and SAP-related activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP administration, ideally with modules such as MM, SD, or FICO.
  • Understanding of site operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising between departments, vendors, and on-site staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
