About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher looking to make a real impact on the learning journey of young students. You will be working with children aged 5-7, guiding them through their early educational milestones in a fun and supportive environment. With a focus on fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking, you will be instrumental in shaping confident, happy learners. The ideal candidate will be committed to high educational standards while also nurturing the individual needs of every child. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. • Experience teaching KS1 is highly desirable. • A genuine passion for education and helping young learners develop. • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all learners in line with the national curriculum. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed. • Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure students receive targeted support where needed. • Engage with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil development and working together to support student success.
