Junior Multimedia Designer Editor – Warwickshire, EnglandHybrid – WarwickshireResponsibilities:As a Content Producer at DIAL Global, you will be a creative force behind our content and events. Your key responsibilities include:Podcast Production:Editing and producing podcast episodes, writing descriptions, and publishing them (Adobe Premiere Pro experience required).Web Design & UX:Designing and managing web content, ensuring a seamless user experience while supporting the marketing team.Graphic Design:Creating event promotions, marketing materials, and contributing to our flagship DIAL Global Review (Adobe InDesign proficiency required).Event Production (Virtual & In-Person):Supporting events by creating show scripts and developing engaging event content.Photography & Video Production:Capturing voxpops, producing video content, and editing footage (Adobe Premiere Pro expertise essential).Motion Graphics:Producing compelling motion graphics for various content (Experience with Adobe After Effects would be a plus).PowerPoint Design:Crafting visually appealing presentations for all departments.Social Media Content Creation:Developing, copywriting, and designing social media content that aligns with our DIBEC goals.Community Network (HUB):Designing, curating, and managing content for our private community network, ensuring optimal user experience.Email Marketing:Writing engaging copy for email campaigns to enhance audience engagement.Creative Projects:Collaborating across teams to deliver bespoke creative solutions, adapting to the needs of the organisation.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and a creative eyeExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at onceStrong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving abilitiesA passion for diversity, inclusion, and creativityQualifications:Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects)A demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions with a focus on UXPreferred Qualifications:Experience in social media management, event production, and web design
