Build Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established contractor in the Social Housing Planned Works sector, seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee a project on a 10-storey tower block. The project scope includes the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI), new windows, curtain walling, and new roofs.

• CSCS Gold or Black Card Required
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid Certifications
• Prior experience working on projects involving EWI, windows, and new roofs
