Warehouse Team Leader

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Telford for a Warehouse Team Leader. The role is potentially permanent for the right candidate. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 1st week: 10:30am - 6:30pm 2nd week: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Pay: £28,560 per annum The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader: Maintenance of standards and procedures. Care and control of equipment. Achievement of daily targets. Adopt a Leadership position, setting the standards and driving departmental performance through strong team management. Take ownership and responsibility for more specialised functions within the department. Must be willing to undertake training in any distribution centre activity. Must be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime when requested. The job role requires interaction with various members of staff and management. To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be requested by a manager/supervisor.
