Job Title : Peripatetic Manager Location : North West (UK) Salary : Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Join a Leading Care Provider! Are you an experienced manager in the health and social care sector ready for your next challenge? Were looking for a dynamic Peripatetic Manager to oversee multiple care homes in the North West, ensuring exceptional care and service for elderly residents. Key Responsibilities: Act as Home Manager during absences, upholding high standards of care. Provide hands-on support to homes facing challenges, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality. Collaborate with Home Managers to drive improvements and enhance overall care quality. Manage budgets and oversee financial performance across homes. Work closely with the Regional Director on strategic goals and policy implementation. Key Requirements: Proven track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections. Experience in successfully turning around failing services. At least 2 years as a Home Manager; NMC Pin preferred. Level 5 NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel.
