M365 Architect

Brillio is a global digital transformation leader that helps enterprise clients leverage next generation IT services and accelerate their digital transformation. We are looking for a Modern Workplace Solution Architect who can design and deliver innovative solutions based on the Microsoft Workplace Technology stack, with a deep focus on one of the core areas: Desktop, M365 Security, Compliance or Collaboration. The right candidate will also be involved in pre-sales activities, proposition development, IP creation and coaching of technical delivery teams offshore. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most prestigious clients in the UK and Europe and help shape the future of the Workplace practice at Brillio. As a Modern Workplace Solution Architect, you will be responsible for: Develop enterprise-class solution designs for the Microsoft Workplace Technology stack and technical architectural designs within your area of expertise. Engage with clients at pre-sales stage and solution deals, influencing key decision makers and demonstrating thought leadership. Provide technical guidance and coaching to the delivery engineering teams, ensuring quality and consistency of the delivery. Create and contribute to propositions, develop industry insights, creation of reusable IP and collateral for client discussions and delivery. Collaborate with other practices and solution architects across Brillio to promote Workplace solutions and develop cross-practice offerings. To be successful in this role, you will need: Degree or equivalent certification in computer science or significant and relevant industry experience Relevant and in date Microsoft certifications for your areas of expertise within modern workplace technologies. In addition to the qualifications, you will also need the following skills: At least 5yrs Experience at delivering Digital Workplace Architecture, with the ability to build solution designs in a modern workplace stack and 10yrs+ implementation experience of End User Computing and Workplace solutions at enterprise grade organisations (10k-200k users) Strong expertise in your chosen specialism of expertise with relevant knowledge around the associated security and compliance stack related to that area Experience with hybrid and cloud-delivered solutions and architectures such as, Azure Virtual Desktop, W365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams or OneDrive. Understanding and industry exposure to other key third party tools used for migration purposes, assessments, user experience management, device management or environment monitoring. Customer facing skills, stakeholder management, C-level engagement. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors.
